Vefogix Publisher Guide: How to Manage Tasks and Complete Guest Post Orders Successfully

If you are a registered publisher on Vefogix, this guide will help you understand how to manage tasks, accept or reject orders, publish live url, and complete the approval cycle smoothly.

**Video Guide **

1. Accessing Your Publisher Tasks

Go to your Publisher Dashboard and navigate to Publisher Tasks.

Here, you will see all orders assigned to you. Any task marked as “Not Started” requires your action.

2. Accepting or Rejecting a Task

Each task comes with a View Task option (green eye icon). Click this to see the task details.

If You Reject the Task

Choose and update a valid and clear reason for rejection.

This ensures the buyer understands why the task couldn’t be completed and avoids disappointment.

After rejection, the task will automatically move to the Rejected section.

If You Accept the Task

Once accepted, the task will move to In Progress.

You can now begin working on the guest post placement as per the buyer’s requirements.

3. Completing an Accepted Task

After you publish the article:

Go back to the specific task.

Click View Task.

Add the **published article URL **in the provided input field.

Submit it.

The task will then move to Pending Approval.

4. Pending Approval Stage

In this stage:

The buyer reviews the live URL you submitted.

If everything meets their requirements, they will mark the order as Completed, and the task will move into the Completed section of your dashboard.

5. If Buyer Requests Improvements

If the buyer is not satisfied or needs changes:

They will move the task to Improvement and leave comments specifying what needs to be updated.

In your dashboard, the task will appear under Improvement section.

Once you make the necessary edits:

Update the task.

Move it to Awaiting for the buyer’s review.

6. Awaiting Buyer Review

After you submit revisions, the task goes to the Awaiting stage.

The buyer will check the changes and either approve the task or request further adjustments.

7. When a Buyer May Reject a Task

A buyer can reject a task if standard requirements are not met, including:

Article not posted on the main domain

Incorrect link type (dofollow/nofollow)

Wrong or changed anchor text

Content edited without permission or doesn’t match the agreed article

Any deviation from the originally promised offerings or site details

Always ensure you follow the buyer's instructions exactly to avoid task rejection.

In short Managing tasks on Vefogix is simple when you follow the correct workflow:

Accept → Publish → Submit URL → Await Approval → Complete.

If improvements are requested, ensure timely updates to maintain good buyer relationships and increase future orders.
