Quick Start Guide for New Publishers on Vefogix.com

Step 2: Log In to Your Account

Once verified, sign in with your credentials. You’ll now land in your Publisher Dashboard.

Step 3: Set Up Your Publisher Profile

Go to your dashboard and open your Publisher Account.

Step 4: Add & Verify Your Websites

Go to My Platform, and click on Add New Website

Verify ownership using one of these methods:

HTML file
DNS record
Meta tag

Step 5: Get Reviewed & Approved

After submitting a website, add a real, recent sample article and complete ownership verification when applicable. Our technical/outreach team reviews each site individually for quality and compliance. Sites remain in moderation while they are being reviewed. Approval typically takes 1–2 weeks, although high submission volumes can cause delays. Once approved, the site automatically becomes visible in the Marketplace.

If a site is rejected, the team will send the rejection reason by email. If a site remains pending beyond the usual timeframe, check your dashboard for updates and contact the publisher team through the available support channels.
