Why Does It Say “Your Task Has Not Been Sent to Publisher – Please Clear Your Dues”?

If “Your Task Has Not Been Sent to Publisher – Please Clear Your Dues” pops up on your screen, it means your task wasn’t automatically sent to the publisher because the payment wasn’t confirmed at the time of order placement.

Why This Happens:

  1. Funds were not added before placing the order

Your wallet didn’t have enough balance when you placed the task.

  1. Funds were added after placing the order

If you added funds after placing the order, the system may not update it automatically. In such cases, the payment must be verified and the order manually marked as paid from the backend before it is sent to the publisher.

How to Fix It:

If you’ve already added funds and still see this message:

  1. Do not reject or resubmit the task.
  2. Contact Live Chat Support so the payment can be verified and the order marked as paid.
  3. Once the payment is verified, the task will be sent to the publisher. The publisher may then take time to review the order details; it will move to In Progress after review.

If the wallet has been topped up, the order will be marked as paid from the backend and sent to the publisher. Orders placed with a positive wallet balance are automatically marked as paid and sent to the publisher.

Pro Tip to Avoid This Next Time:

Always add funds first, then place your order.
This ensures your task is automatically processed and sent to the publisher without payment-verification delays.
