Available Payment Methods for Buyers To Top Up Your Vefogix Wallet
Adding funds to your Vefogix account is quick, secure, and helps you check out faster when purchasing publisher sites or services.
How to Add Funds
- Log in to your buyer account at Vefogix.com.
- From the Buyer Dashboard, click Add Fund from the left menu.
- Enter the amount you want to add.
- Choose a supported payment gateway:
- Stripe
- Razorpay
- PayPal
- PayU
- NOWPayments
- PAYGLOCAL
- Complete the secure checkout.
A top-up used to clear a negative balance is not eligible for ongoing prepaid top-up bonuses.
If Your Wallet Balance Is Negative
Recharge your wallet with enough funds to clear the outstanding negative balance. Orders may not be sent to publishers or started while the balance remains negative. If you added funds after creating an order, the backend team may need to mark that order as paid.
If the balance does not update, share your transaction ID and payment screenshot so the payment can be reviewed. After an order is rejected, its reserved amount is returned automatically to the primary wallet balance and can be used for another task.
