# What should I do if I do not receive the WhatsApp verification code?

If you do not receive the WhatsApp verification code or OTP, create a support ticket from your Vefogix account so the technical team can investigate and resolve the issue.

When submitting the ticket, include:

* A screenshot of the error or verification screen
* Your registered email address
* The phone number you are trying to verify
* Any relevant error message

For manual verification, the technical team may provide a PIN and a designated WhatsApp number. Send the PIN to that number from your registered WhatsApp number. Do not share the PIN with anyone else. Verification will be completed after the message is received and reviewed.
