Troubleshooting Login & Account Access Issues

Having trouble signing in or creating your account on Vefogix? Here are the most common issues and solutions:

Sign-Up Issues

When signing up on Vefogix, you’ll see a form like this:

Full Name* → Enter your full legal name without extra spaces.

Phone* → Provide a valid phone number without spaces or symbols. (Many visitors face errors if spaces are added while typing numbers.)

Email* → Must be valid and accessible to receive verification emails.

Password* → Create a strong password (minimum 8 characters, mix of letters, numbers, and symbols).

Referral Code (Optional) → If you are connected with any Vefogix seller, they will provide you with a referral code. Enter it here.

If you don’t have one, leave it blank – it’s optional.

Select Role* → Choose either I’m a Buyer or I’m a Publisher.

Common Sign-Up Errors & Fixes:

Error: “Invalid Phone Number” → Remove spaces/special characters.

Error: “Email Already Exists” → Try logging in or use the “Forgot Password” option.

Error: “Verification Required” → Check your email and confirm before proceeding.

Login Issues

Issue 1: Forgot Password

Problem: Users often forget their password and can’t log in.

Solution: Click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. You’ll receive a password reset link in your registered email. Follow the instructions to set a new password.

Issue 2: Account Not Verified

Problem: You signed up but cannot log in because the account is not verified.

Solution: Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for the verification email.

Click on the verification link to activate your account.

If you didn’t receive it, use the “Resend Verification Email” option.

Issue 3: Cached Sessions / Outdated Cookies

Problem: Sometimes your browser stores old cookies or sessions, blocking access.

Solution: Clear your browser cache & cookies.

Try logging in using Incognito/Private mode.

If the issue persists, try a different browser.

Issue 4: Server-Side Errors

Problem: Rarely, login issues may be caused by temporary server errors.

Solution: Wait a few minutes and try again. If the issue continues, contact support with error details.

Tip: If you face repeated errors, try signing up using the “Continue with Google” option for faster access.
