How We Deliver Orders to Buyers & How to Check Your Order Status

Vefogix made it simple for buyers to track, manage, and receive their orders in one place. Whether you’ve placed one order or multiple, everything is neatly organized inside your buyer dashboard.

Follow the steps below to check your order progress and delivery:

Step 1: Log in to Your Vefogix Account

Go to Vefogix

Log in with your registered email and password.

Once logged in, you’ll be greeted with your Buyer Dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to “My Orders”

On the left-hand sidebar, click on My Orders.

Here, you’ll find a complete overview of all your orders.

Step 3: Track Your Order Status

Inside the My Orders section, your tasks are divided into categories for easy tracking:

Not Started – Orders placed but not yet picked up by publishers. If an order remains in this status, check that your wallet does not have a negative balance; publishers will not process orders while dues remain. Top up your wallet, then allow the order to be processed.

In Progress – Orders actively being worked on. Processing can take longer than usual during weekends.

Pending Approval – The publisher has completed the task and now it’s up to you, the buyer.

You can Approve/Mark Complete if everything looks good.

Or you can Request Improvements/Changes if revisions are needed.

Improvement – Orders that need edits or changes.

Awaiting – Orders pending further action before publishing.

Completed – Orders successfully delivered with live post URLs.

Rejected – Orders that didn’t meet publishing criteria.

If an order remains pending or its status does not update, contact support with the task ID. The concern can be forwarded to the dedicated team for review. For weekend delays, wait until the next update; the team may provide an update by the following day.

Step 4: View Details of Each Order

For each order, you can see:

For each order, you can see:

Task ID & Date – Easy reference for your records.

Publisher Name – Who is handling your order.

Website Domain – The site where your content/link will appear.

Post URL – Direct link once published.

Price – Amount you paid for the order.

Once your guest post or press release is published, the Post URL will be added under the “Completed” section. You can click on it anytime to view and verify your live placement.

If the article is not published within the stated turnaround time, share the task ID with support. The team can follow up with the publisher and request faster publication. If the publisher does not provide a proper response or the issue is not resolved, the order may be rejected and the amount returned to your main wallet.

If a submitted URL shows “Page not found” or the article later disappears, report the affected URL and task ID so the team can check with the site’s editorial team. A corrected URL may be updated in the portal. For a blog placement that goes down or becomes unavailable within 30 days of publication, the replacement policy may apply.

💡Pro Tip:

Keep an eye on the Pending Approval and Completed tabs for the fastest updates on your orders.

With this simple process, you’ll always know where your orders stand and never miss an update on delivery.
