- Make the transfer using the provided details.
- Enter or share the required transaction and payment information.
- Accept the Terms & Conditions.

Make sure you provide the correct payment information so the deposit can be verified.
2. Check Available Bonus Offers
Between the payment gateway section and your transaction history, you'll find the bonus offer section.
Check this section before depositing to see whether any top-up offers are available. Each offer may have its own minimum deposit, bonus percentage, validity period, and other conditions.
Always read the offer's Terms & Conditions before making a deposit. Bonus funds may have specific usage or validity rules, so make sure you understand them before proceeding.
3. View Your Wallet Transactions
On the same Wallet page, you'll find the Your Transactions section.
This section keeps a record of wallet activity, including:
- Deposits and top-ups
- Bonus credits
- Amounts deducted for orders
- Refunds
You can use this section to review your wallet activity and check how funds have been added or used.
Download Your Invoice
Once a deposit is completed, the platform automatically generates an invoice.
To download it:
- Go to Wallet → Your Transactions.
- Find the relevant deposit transaction.
- Click on the Action option for that transaction.
- Download the invoice.
4. Understanding Wallet Balance and Reserved Funds
Your Vefogix wallet has two important amounts: Balance and Reserved. Understanding the difference helps you track how much you can spend and how much is already allocated to your orders.
- Balance: The funds currently available for you to spend on new orders.
- Reserved: The funds allocated to orders that are still in progress or awaiting completion. These funds are set aside for those orders and are not available to spend on new ones.
How Funds Move When You Place an Order
When you create an order: The order amount moves from your available Balance to Reserved. The funds remain reserved while the order is being worked on.
When the order is marked Completed: The reserved amount is deducted for the order.
If an order is rejected before it reaches the Completed stage: Once the order is marked Rejected, the amount is automatically moved from Reserved back to your Balance.
If an order is rejected after it has already been marked Completed: The refund will be reflected in your wallet transactions. Check the transaction history for the refund entry.
Example
Suppose your wallet has $500 available and you place an order worth $100.
- Balance: $400
- Reserved: $100
While the order is in progress, the $100 remains reserved. Once the order is completed, that amount is deducted for the order. If the order is rejected before completion, the $100 automatically returns to your Balance.
Remember: Balance shows the funds available to spend, while Reserved shows the funds set aside for orders that are still being worked on or have not yet reached completion.
5. Update Your Company and Billing Details
Before making payments, check that your profile and billing information are correct.
- Click your profile in the top-right corner.
- Select Edit Profile.
- Under Section 2, find Company & Billing Details.
- Update the required information.
- Click Save.
Your updated company and billing details will then be saved to your profile.
You can also open the Social Links section to add or update your social media links.
6. Important Things to Remember
- Review the payment gateway fee before choosing a payment method.
- Read the Terms & Conditions for both deposits and bonus offers.
- Keep your company and billing information up to date.
- Check your transaction history if you need to verify a deposit, bonus, deduction, or refund.
- Download and save your invoices for your records.
- Make sure you have enough available wallet balance before creating new tasks. Tasks may not start if your account has a negative balance, and creating an order without sufficient funds can lead to additional follow-up.
Your Vefogix Wallet page brings your deposits, bonus offers, transactions, and invoices together in one place, making it easier to manage payments and keep track of your spending.
