# How to Revise an Article After Submission

If you realize that your submitted article needs changes (for example, a missing or incorrect link), you can easily request revisions. If a publisher has already posted a wrong link or does not respond, report the issue with the Task ID and the incorrect live link so the team can contact the publisher and follow up on obtaining the correct link.

### Steps to Revise an Article:

###### Go to Your Dashboard

Navigate to the "Guest Post Tasks Pending Approval" section.

###### View the Task

Click on “View Task” for the article you want to revise.

###### Request Improvements

Inside the task, you will see an option for “Improvements.”

Click on it.

###### Add Comments for Revisions

Enter the details of what needs to be changed (e.g., update the link, add missing content, etc.).

Be specific so the team can apply the exact revisions.

###### Submit for Improvement

Once you add your comments, submit the request.

The article will be sent back for revisions.

###### If the Task Is Not Started or In Progress

Share the Task ID and the correct link or other required changes directly with us. The team can manually apply corrections before the article is processed further.

###### If You Submitted the Wrong Link

If the task has not been completed, provide the correct link and Task ID as soon as possible. If the task is already pending approval, use **View Task → Improvements** to request the correction. If you want to cancel the order instead, request cancellation and do not submit or approve the incorrect placement; cancellation may require review by the relevant team or buyer.

**Tip: Always double-check your links and details before final submission to avoid delays.**
