# How to Place and Track Your Press Release Package

### Choose Your Package

Select the PR package that best fits your needs.

Click “Purchase Now”. Read the terms and conditions.

Secure your package quickly and easily.

### Add Funds

Complete the payment to activate your order.

### Go to Your Buyer Dashboard

Your dashboard is your control centre to track and manage everything.

### Navigate to “Manage PR”

Here, you will find your Press Release remaining balance.

### Create a New Press Release Task

Click on “[Add Press Release](https://www.vefogix.com/press-release-management/)” and fill in all the required details.

### Submit Required Information

Make sure to include:

Title
PR Type
Content
Company Information
Categories

### Delivery timeline

Completion time generally depends on the PR package. If a package is received over the weekend, allow some extra processing time. The PR report is typically available within **2–3 business days**; once updated, review or download it from **View Reports** in the dashboard. The package may be prioritised when requested, while keeping the customer informed.

### Track Your Progress

Visit “[View Reports](https://www.vefogix.com/press-release-reports/)” to monitor the status of your press release.
Once the press release is published, the status will be updated to “Completed”, and you can download the report from there.
