How to Create Your First Gig on Vefogix
If you want to sell your services on Vefogix, the first step is creating a gig. A gig allows you to showcase the service you offer so potential buyers can purchase it directly from the platform.
Follow the steps below to create your first gig on Vefogix
Log in to Your Vefogix Account
Start by logging into your account on Vefogix.
Once logged in, navigate to your Publisher Dashboard.
Become a Publisher
Before you can create and manage gigs, you must apply to become a publisher.
In the left menu bar, click Add Gig.
A message will appear prompting you to become a publisher.
You will see the following options:

You need to become a publisher to create and manage gigs.
Apply Now
Not Now
Click Apply Now to submit your application.
Wait for Approval
After submitting your request:
Your application will be sent to the designated Vefogix team. The team will review your request. Once approved, you will receive access to create and manage gigs in your dashboard.
After approval, return to your Publisher Dashboard and click Add Gig again to start creating your first gig.
Step-by-Step Gig Creation Process
Once you click Add Gig, you will be taken to the Create Your Gig page.
The gig creation process consists of 6 steps:

Step 1: Gig Overview
This is where you add the basic information about your service.
Select a Category
Choose the main category that best matches your service.
Examples may include:
SEO
Content Writing
Link Building
Digital Marketing
Selecting the right category helps buyers easily find your gig.
Select a Subcategory
After choosing a category, select a more specific subcategory.
This helps narrow down your service and improves visibility in search results.
Add a Gig Title
Write a clear and descriptive title for your gig.
Example:
“Quality SEO backlinks for your website”
A good title should:
Clearly explain your service
Include important keywords
Be easy for buyers to understand
Write the Gig Description
In the description box, clearly list the standard offerings.
Try to make the description clear, informative, and engaging so buyers feel confident ordering from you.
Click Next
After filling in all the required fields, click the Next button to move to the Pricing section.
Set Up Your Pricing Packages
After completing the Gig Overview, the next step is to create your Pricing Packages. This section allows you to define the services you offer, their pricing, delivery time, and revisions.
On Vefogix, you can create up to three package type for a single gig:
Lite
Standard
Premium
Each package type should clearly outline what buyers will receive at different price levels. Once you have filled in all the details, click Add Package. Your package will appear in the Packages List section below. You can repeat this process to additional package type.
After adding your pricing, click Next to proceed to the Sections step, where you will define the detailed deliverables included in your gig.
Add Gig Sections
After setting up your pricing packages, the next step is to add Gig Sections. This section allows you to provide more detailed information about your service and help buyers better understand what you offer on Vefogix.
Gig sections help make your listing more informative, organized, and attractive to potential buyers.
Select Section Type
First, choose the Section Type from the dropdown menu.
Common section types include:
Features – Highlight the key features of your service
Why Choose Us – Explain why buyers should choose your service
FAQ – Answer frequently asked questions
Adding these sections helps address buyer concerns and improve trust in your gig.
Add a Section Title
Next, enter a Section Title that clearly describes the content of that section.
Write the Section Description
In the Description box, provide detailed information related to the section you selected.
Click “Add Section”
After filling in the details, click Add Section.
Your section will appear in the list below. You can add multiple sections to provide comprehensive information about your service. Adding well-structured sections helps buyers quickly understand your offerings and increases the chances of receiving orders.
Once you have added the necessary sections, click Next to continue to the Requirements step, where you will specify the information you need from buyers before starting the work.
Requirements
To begin working on a project, sellers often need specific information from buyers. This information is collected through requirement questions that buyers must answer before the order starts. After configuring all fields, click Add Requirement to include the question in your order requirements.
Gallery
Sellers or publishers can add photos or videos to their gig so it appears more engaging and professional on the marketplace. This helps buyers quickly understand the service and increases the chances of getting orders.
Review and Publish Your Gig
This is the final step before your gig goes live. Here you can quickly check the title, description, packages, gallery, and requirements to make sure everything is correct. Use Preview Gig to see how it will appear to buyers. Once satisfied, click Publish Gig to make it live, or Save as Draft to edit it later.
My Gigs
After creating a gig, sellers can go to My Gigs from the left menu (next to Add Gigs) to manage and track their listings. This section shows all created gigs along with important details like price, status, completed orders, delivery time, and creation date.
It also provides quick stats such as total gigs, published gigs, drafts, total orders, and pending tasks, helping sellers easily monitor their gig performance and manage them from one place.
