Before You Place an Order on Vefogix: A Quick Buyer's Guide

Placing an order on Vefogix is straightforward, but knowing what to check before you begin can save you time and prevent avoidable delays. Whether you're ordering guest posts, press releases, link insertions, or marketplace package services, this guide covers the key details to review, how to submit the right requirements, and how to manage your orders from placement to completion.

1. Review the Standard Offering

Check the standard offering and sample URL before ordering. Review the link type, number of links, DoFollow/NoFollow attributes, indexing terms, Sponsored tag, turnaround time, and other publishing conditions. Also, check the website's traffic, DA, DR, publisher’s completion rate, and Task Statistics before making your decision.

The delivered order will follow the selected standard offering and the details shown in the sample. Make sure to review both before placing your order, as the publishing terms and requirements may vary from one website to another.

2. Choose the Correct Task Type and Category

Vefogix offers three task types:

  • Content Placement: You provide the content; the publisher handles publication.
  • Content Creation and Placement: The publisher handles both content writing and publication.
  • Link Insertion: A backlink is added to an existing article, if the publisher offers this service. If the price shows N/A, link insertion is unavailable.

Select the correct category: Normal/General, Casino/Crypto/CBD/Gambling, or Adult. Pricing depends on the task type and category, so choosing the wrong one may lead to price adjustments and delays.

3. Submit the Correct Requirements

Select the correct project or create one while placing your order. The Project URL should belong to the business or website you're running the campaign for.
Provide the required content, image, target URL, and anchor text according to the standard offering. Publishers may have specific limits on images and links. For example, some allow one image and up to two DoFollow links, while others have different requirements.

Always follow the selected publisher's terms. Missing links, extra links, or incomplete details can lead to additional discussions and delays.

4. Check Your Wallet Before Creating a Task

Make sure your wallet has sufficient available funds before placing an order. Tasks will not start with a negative wallet balance.

It's best to add funds first and create your task afterward. If you create a task without sufficient funds, it may be marked as Unpaid and require support intervention even after you top up.

  • Wallet Balance: Funds available in your wallet.
  • Reserved: Funds allocated to tasks that are in progress or being processed.

5. Track and Review Your Orders

Go to Buyer Dashboard → My Purchases to monitor guest posts, press releases, marketplace gigs, and PR package orders.

  • Not Started: The task has been created but work hasn't started.
  • In Progress: The task is being worked on.
  • Pending Approval: The publisher has completed the task, and your review is required.
  • Improvement: The task has been sent back for revisions. Once the publisher completes the requested changes, the task will move to Awaiting.
  • Awaiting : Review the task again after requested improvements have been completed.

Open View Task using the green eye icon to review the delivery. If everything matches your requirements, mark it as Completed. If changes are needed, submit the task for improvement with clear instructions.

Use the order's messaging section to discuss requirements, revisions, and approvals with the publisher. Check messages regularly to avoid delays. Messaging may no longer be available once an order is completed.

Before You Order

Review the offering, choose the correct task type and category, submit complete requirements, and ensure your wallet is funded. These simple steps help keep your orders moving smoothly.
If you need clarification about a publisher, pricing, task requirements, or wallet status, contact Vefogix support before placing your order.
